What this site records

When you open a page, the web server writes a log entry containing the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and information about your browser. Your IP address is shortened before the entry is written: the last two blocks are replaced with zeros, so the address cannot be traced back to you or your connection. Log entries are deleted after seven days. No visitor statistics are produced from them.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the delivery of the site and the security of the server.

Processor

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstrasse 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

What this site does not do

It sets no cookies. It uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. It loads no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from external servers. It has no contact form and no social media plug-ins.

If you write to us

If you contact us by email, we process your message and your address in order to answer you, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter requires and delete it afterwards.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR you have the right of access to your data, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to the address above.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for the controller is the Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse 22, 20459 Hamburg.
